Shayne is a dynamic professional with experience in Lean Six Sigma, Theory of Constraints, and ICQ Global methodologies.
Through the Center of Operational Excellence, he became a certified LSS Black Belt embedded within the Nebraska Department of Transportation, collaborating with various state agencies to enhance business practices, streamline processes, and provide training on Lean Six Sigma implementation.
Prior to working for the State of Nebraska, Shayne served as the outside sales rep and operations manager for a small company of electricians in Lincoln. However, the bulk of his career (18yrs) was as a pastor in California, Oregon, Michigan, and Nebraska. During his pastoral career Shayne served as a chaplain for the fire department, a mentor in Big Brother/Big Sister, and led volunteer teams in both domestic and international projects.
